Robert Novey Home Inspections

Professional, informative, thorough, and prompt!!! We are purchasing a home and reached out to Robert for a home inspection. He took time to explain the process and answer all of our questions upfront. He was honest, and rather than just trying to sell add on services, he provided information that helped inform what we would include in our inspection. Inspection was THOROUGH and we were highly impressed and surprised with the expeditious turnaround time with his report (within a few hours on a Saturday evening too!). We would highly recommend Robert to anyone who wants piece of mind with their home inspection!

Mr Novey inspected the home that we were selling. He was outstanding and very impressive. He was so impressive I hired him to inspect the house that my wife and I were buying. He was very thorough, honest and above board. I have no experience in the building trades and he does. My background is in the legal field both criminal and civil law. I highly recommend him. So if the question is would I hire him again the answer is YES in a heartbeat. Thank you Mr Novey.

Robert Novey completed two home inspections for us. The first resulted in us canceling our purchase contract. We feel like he kept us from purchasing a money pit. The second inspection was every bit as thorough and we were even able to compare his report to the one the home owner had done 2 years prior with a different inspector. Robert's report was three times as long and he caught things the previous inspector failed to find. His reports include detailed explanations, recommended remedies (sometimes for further inspection by a specialist) and tons of pictures. If you are purchasing a home and want an extremely thorough inspection, Robert is who you want to do that inspection.

Robert was one of the best inspectors Ive used. Very pleased with his responsiveness and quality of work. Robert put together a very comprehensive report that was very comprehensive. I will use him again for all my future inspection needs. Highly recommended.
