Ordered flowers for my stepmom for her birthday and asked for sunflower arrangement. They didn't have sunflowers in stock. So I ordered the Fiesta bouquet with fall flowers. The flowers she recieved was not that. There were all colors in the arrangement that looked kinda cheesy to me. Nothing fall about it. Had blue and one big white flower with all other colors mixed. I feel like they threw in whatever they had as leftovers. I was asked how much I would want to spend I asked for a specific price and got charged $18 more than was told. At least my stepmom liked her flowers but that's not what I asked for. Feel like it could of been better selection for what I asked. Might work well for others but not for me.

Edit: 4/25/2023. This review went from a 5 star (since half stars are NOT allowed) to what it is now. I placed multiple online orders for more flowers to be sent to my now fiance, only to have those orders "cancelled". The first time it was cancelled, they claimed it was due to "low stock" on the flowers I wanted sent (Mar 30, 2023). The next two....suspicions rise. I place another order today, April 25, 2023, just to get that order cancelled for the same reason. I found it odd, but gave the gentleman the benefit of the doubt. So, I place a second order for a different arrangement and that too, gets cancelled. I call a second time to try to get this resolved, thinking it may have been because I live in Florida...NOPE, they now have a "shop minimum" that (as of this review 4/25/2023 @ 1:16pm) is NO WHERE mentioned on his website and he couldn't even been bothered to give a courtesy phone call to see if I was willing to increase my order. I have no issues with minimum orders, as long as its clearly started or if someone takes the times to give a simple phone call to inform me....what I got was "resend the order and Ill take care of it this time". Seriously? You cancel three of my orders and expect a fourth because you were called out on your "shop minimum" and you didn't even have the courtesy to place a phone call?!?! Sad too. I prefer to deal with local businesses, until they pull stunts like this. Time to hunt for another florist. Feb 13, 2023: Ordered these the day before Valentines day and they nailed it. My girlfriend loved them. Fast delivery. Only thing was they didn't finish the card as directed, I would remove 1/2 of a star, but would most definitely use again.
