I recently hired Shook Auto to conduct an alignment on my vehicle and to investigate a small leak in a tire. I had just finished replacing parts and didn't have the proper tools to make sure everything was pointing straight. The reception was friendly and professional. They were quick to answer the phone and address any customers' concerns from what I whitenessed and experienced. The garage crew has me questioning the ethics of this business. I had not properly seated a castle nut on my lower ball joint. The technician working on my vehicle tried to inform me that the brand new parts I had just installed may need to be replaced. The parts had less than fifteen miles on them. It was just a loose nut still in its proper location. The castle nut just needed tightening, not a part swap. As for the tire, I was informed by the technician that the side wall was damaged and the tire needs replacing. I paid for the services of an alignment and the tire investigation. The alignment was done properly, and the vehicle operates as intended. The following day, I took my still leaking tire to my usual tire specialist, and I paid $25 to patch a hole in the treads. A hole I had forgotten I temporarily plugged and intended to have repaired.

I have use this shop on several occasion they do good work good honest people never waited too long for service the owners are good people they care for their customers thank you I appreciate you guys keep up the good work

Very busy place but what great service. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Prices are very fair.
