        My mom took her mule in there to get repaired, they took it in, said it was fixed up and took her $1300started smoking and spewing hot coolant on her within the first mile she drove it so we had a friend take a look. Some part was defective so she went in there with the receipt to let them know. The petite manager Chris got defensive and rude, said he said she said, we dont have defective parts here like the little queen he is, and threw $45 at my mom. Absolutely shocked to hear that a manager would speak to a customer so disrespectfully, and then top it off with throwing a refund at a woman. Cant help but wonder who raised that tiny man to behave like that but his parents ought to be ashamed, and their parents too. If you want you expect good customer service and good repairs, take your business elsewhere. 1 star.

        I am very pleased with my buying experience. Mike Sellers answered all my questions. He gave good insight and information about different models, so I could choose the right ATV for me. I definitely recommend visiting them if you are looking for any kind of ATV.
