Yvonne is amazing and I highly recommend her! Our family of four has experienced a variety of photo shoots and this was truly one of the best experiences and final products. We were traveling to the Athens area from Florida over the fall and I was hoping to have photos taken in a different setting than our usual beach and palm trees. From the first inquiry, Yvonnes communication was timely, clear, kind, and helpful. She helped with answering all questions, setting expectations, and planning (even location scouting the week of the shoot to verify how the scenery was looking as it changes rapidly that time of year). She helped with wardrobe planning so it was really easy to pack just the options each family member needed to achieve the vision we discussed. Yvonne arrived early to the photo shoot location and greeted us all so warmly. Yvonne helped everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, gave great prompts for natural looks, and made it really fun and easy especially for our two young children. The edited shots came back faster than I expected and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. They are displayed around our home (and phone screen & Christmas card) and they bring us such joy. Absolutely in LOVE with the pictures Yvonne took from my 3-month old baby boy! Yvonne did phenomenal work taking our little sons and our familys photos! Not only did the photos all come out fabulous, she was also wonderful handling my son! She was very caring, patients, and made my son laugh more than anyone could! She always respond quickly and was flexible to make the session very easy and pleasant for us! She is an amazing person and a professional photographer! I highly recommend her to capture your priceless memories!!!

Yvonne was fantastic to work with, and her photos are GORGEOUS! She took the time to talk with me about the kind of photos I had in mind and scouted a number of locations to find exactly what I was hoping for. She has photographed my family on more than one occasion, and I absolutely plan to use her in the future.

Yvonne Niemann is our ONLY family photographer. She's photographed our family together at various milestones, in and around our city. Family portraits can feel overwhelming and stressful - and I'm never very comfortable in front of a camera. But every session we've had with Yvonne - when the kids were little or now that they are teenagers with their own ideas about how the sessions should go - have been so incredibly relaxing and fun. Yvonne comes to the session ready with the perfect locations, is a master with lighting and posing and wrangling a bunch of opiniated people into something magical. I'm not sure how she does it - it's a skill I could never possess! The session seems to fly by, and I wonder (and hope!) that we got at least a few good shots. And then a few days later I'm blown away yet again. I don't know how she does it - it's got to be magic. There are dozens and dozens and dozens of gorgeous shots. Friends that have used her as well say exactly the same thing. It feels effortless, and always worth the time and investment. Family portraits are just that - an investment. We can't do it yearly, it's just not in our budget. But we have made the time and space to do it in different phases of our family life, and I'm so glad that we have. Yvonne never pressures us, but always connects back to our family and is ready when we are for the next session. Looking forward to seeing her again in a few years - and really excited to share these most recent prints with friends and family. Five stars all the way.
