The warranty company assigned us these folks, who finally came after a month of us calling/asking/messaging over FB, etc. They tore my bathroom apart, said they needed an approval for the bath repair, and never came back. We paid them. My company said they can absolutely set a toilet, and that it's covered. The six of us are sharing a bathroom. It's been months. It's unbelievable how we have been treated.

Be careful. Was assigned Just Better by home warranty company. They gave me a window of 10am to 12pm on a Friday. They said they would call when tech was on the way. Guy showed up after 1pm. Never called. I told company that my PRV needed to be replaced. I even had the part they could use. They confirmed it was the PRV that needed replacing after 5 minutes on my property. Tech called the office and then told me he had to go to another job to help another tech move a hot water heater. I said that I had over 140 PSI water pressure in my house. I have the part to replace it or they could go to Home Depot or supply company to get same part because it didnt matter to me as long as same quality part was used. Every other plumbing company I have worked with goes and gets the part if they dont have it and comes back to fix it, especially in an urgent situation like over 140 PSI. Said they would come back tomorrow between 12 and 4pm to do job. I said I was very concerned about the water pressure and did not understand why they could not fix it that same day. I said if for whatever reason any of my hoses bursted or I had an issue that I was going to hold them responsible because they knew what the problem was, had the part to fix it but refused. I said that hopefully it can wait till tomorrow and nothing happens. The next day, they never showed. No one called either which is extremely unprofessional. I called on the Monday after to see what happened and they said that they canceled the service call because I "threatened" the company. Be careful.

Just Better Plumbing lives up to their claim of honesty and great service. We had 2 other companies look at our plumbing issues, both of which attempted to provide unnecessary services that were very costlyway beyond our budget. Jeffery, from Just Better Plumbing, gave us an honest diagnosis and fixed our problems the same day. Their company has a heart and provided what was needed without inflating the price. Jeffery also realized the need to fix the problem immediately as this was a handicapped equipped bathroom and the disabled family member was having a very difficult time using other bathrooms in the home. The other 2 companies were also aware of our unusually hard situation, but frankly, did not care. Thank you, Jeffery, for going above and beyond to help us today.
