        Overall satisfied with pricing, surprisingly compared to smaller competitors the price was good paying out of pocket. Constructive feedback would be to take a little more time and ensure customer understands how their machines run more efficiently and layout of drainage and fans placement. Any questions/concerns raised were immediately addressed and well received in addition to the due diligence exercised when calculating costs and expenses. Overall, I will recommend Service Master as they are pretty much on site at the drop of a dime and ready to move at the customer’s pace. Andrea and Brandon, made sure I felt like a partner while providing top shelf customer service while working with insurance company had some unexpected woes resulting in me paying all expenses out of pocket but again they were reasonably priced compared to smaller competitors.         We contacted our insurance company around 9 pm on Thursday when we found the water damage. Brandon made the initial contact advising that he was leaving one job and would be at our house at approximately 11:45 pm. He was on time and worked at our house until 2:30 am. He removed all the flooring and placed all the equipment that was needed. After working all day and it being that late at night he still was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The next morning the other Branden arrived to check the equipment and removed the damaged sheetrock. One room had an awful odor so he sprayed the concrete to help eliminate it. He was very informative about how the process would work once they were done with their part. He came back on Saturday to check the equipment then came back on Monday to remove it. These guys made this experience so easy with their professionalism and caring attitudes. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to everyone! Services: Water damage cleanup, Mould inspection
