        Had receipt for expensive bottle of perfume and was told I could only get store credit because it was over 60 days. I had been in the store previously to inquire about it as I was having trouble finding the receipt. I was told not to worry about it as long as I found the receipt I could get a refund. unfortunately, this didn't happen and when I politely told the manager that it was poor customer service . She said there was nothing she could do and for me not to take it out on her. She seemed to enjoy being rude
