awful and awful!! We were buying a house from them after our house had burned down. Homeless with three kids. The communication was awful. One sales person from there would say one thing and another one something different. Once we made it past the confusion it seemed ok. We were doing everything they asked and the mortgage company. It was taking us longer since we had to get new birth certificates , social security cards and so forth. But they knew it . We made it all the way to the appraisal after getting all our paperwork turned in and they call to tell us they sold the house to someone else!! Knowing we are a family of five who just lost everything. We even tried to put a deposit on the house to hold it and they said they don't do that. They didn't seemm apologetic at all when they called with the bad news. Awful Awful people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: The owner of the company contacted us and apologized for what happened and how we were treated. He is having the warehouse make us the same exact trailer for the same price. He has been very kind and we truly appreciate it. I will keep it updated as to what happens. But so far our family has felt that the owner is truly apologetic and a nice man who doesnt want stuff like this happening at his business.
Update: the owner never did what he said he was going to do. Our brand new house looks awful. It has been one headache after another. They dont care not even the owner. I would not send anyone I know or dont know to yess mobile homes!!

From the moment we walked into to the Baxley location we knew we wanted to buy our home there. Jaiden our sales person was wonderful! We told her exactly what we wanted and the second home we looked at is the one we purchased. We went to probably 5 other dealers in our process to find a home. Most did not have a good inventory and most did not listen to what we wanted.
They delivered our home yesterday and the crew is amazing they take a lot of time and effort in getting everything setup.
Yess Homes has a great process and everything is explained in detail so you know what has to be done and who to contact.
You will not regret dealing with Yess Home Center they are the best.
I wanted to add on to our review we are in the process of getting settled in our home. Like anything else there are some things that need to be handled after the mobile home is put in place.
The Yess Service Department is wonderful! I want to thank Kimberly and Mariah for handling our issues.
Mariah has been very patient and understanding in dealing with our questions and request. As I said before you can expect professional caring people when dealing with Yess.

I have never ever had customer service or care or compassion like we experienced at Yess Home Center Baxley. Jaiden from the beginning was down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all!!! She answered all of our questions without hesitation. When we made the decision to purchase, Jaiden was with us every single step of the way. Between her, Lacy and Sarah, the whole process was simple, quick, and fun!!!! I will never recommend anyone else for anything!!! Thank you all so much for everything.
