I strongly suggest that all future Ombudsman offices do a thorough records search at state and county court houses IN ALL GA DISTRICTS for information on Personal Care Homes, nursing homes and other living facilities, having made false accusations of the family members of their residents. I can assure you with 100% certainty that Robin Townsend had her accomplices, a.k.a. staffers Sara White, who made false statements about me, Minnie’s one, and only family member, in order to receive a no contact order, to show the Ombudsman’s office workers, and the Adult Protection Agency as they were sniffing at her door. I’m assuming this office did make a trip over there or did you bother leaving your office? Either way something needs to be done about this sooner than later. Check Police Department records for this name because Townsend is too clever and sneaky to let her name be documented on any Court Records.

This Baxley Ombudsman, coupled with the Adult Protection Agency failed to fully investigate the obscene atrocities against my niece who functioned as a 5-6 year old child. Minnie had an IQ of 39. I first reported divine trinity personal care homes in Hinesville back in 2016. Minnie was raped orally and anally four times!! Three of those violent attacks were not even reported to the hospital, the police department or HFRD. I discovered it had happened in her primary care doctors records, and not even Dr. Tomus reported the rapes to the authorities. My niece was systematically, failed by every entity in place to save her. I reported to these inept people in Baxley that she had been sexually assaulted in 2016. She would go on to be raped three more times., not to mention, attacked by a biter that she made clear that she was afraid of, then beaten, kicked and punched in another incident in the so-called home. Divine Trinity PCH was sedating her nightly. She was hospitalized with sepsis, E-coli, severe dehydration on top of stage four kidney failure. Thanks to no one going the extra mile to protect her, now she is DEAD!! Throughout her life I have been her only advocate. I was only person she had that she could trust. Within just a few months of me, placing her in that personal hell home., the owner, Robin Townsend had a no contact order placed on me. So armed with this paperwork, she was given 💯permission to mistreat, abuse, abandon and neglect her responsibilities to residents. I am sending this office, the police reports and hospital records and to the Atlanta office. You people had one job to do and you failed miserably. Now my niece is home., in an URN.
