        Ive used this company twice. The first time I needed some drain pipe replaced under my house. They charged me $650. Less then a year ago they repaired my shower at a cost of $650 for a total of $1,300. In less then a year the cheap crap they used to supposedly fix my shower, needs replaced. The plumber who came and looked at it said they used the cheapest faucets available and only replaced 2 feet of my drain pipe. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. I feel like they literally stole $800 from me. My new plumber replaced the faucets and the complete drain pipe for less the $600. Not trustworthy in my book and theyll NEVER get another penny out of me.

        Showed up when I needed them most (Sunday) Assessed. Showed back up next day and fixed problem. Thorough, professional & personable. Kept me posted throughout the entire process. Finished job worth minimal mess and cleaned up behind themselves. Would hire again.

        My bathroom tub had been backing up for 5 days. I put liquid plumber in the drains multiple times but then my sinks became slow to drain. I called Steady Flo and they had a tech to my house in 24 hrs. The young man who came out was Chris. He was very professional and thoroughly investigated the situation. He was able to correct the issue while troubleshooting. I am very thankful to have a local plumbing company I can trust. As a single woman its nice to know who you can call in a jam to fix the "man" chores of the house.

        We just purchased a new home and after living in it for 3 weeks the septic backed up in our house. We had steady Flo out to our house to find the issue and explain the problem and what has to be done to get it fixed. Chris and Jacob were very professional took the time to level out the dirt that was dugout even though they are coming back in a few weeks! Thank you and will recommend you to my friend. They also recognize Veterans!!!
