        Sent revolver in that I bought new from Taurus June 6th 2023 , Aug 8th 2023 was told it could not be fixed but they would send a replacement.This is Jan. 21 st 2024 have not received a replacement when I call it always takes twenty minutes to an hour for them to answer they say they Will send a replacement but they don't know when .

        I ordered a 17rd mag and accidentally input the wrong mailing address. I'm north of Washington DC, So i get hesitant working through a problem over the phone miles away butc Tammy & Kontriva took care of it with no issues. What a great team Taurus has. Thank you ladies!!!!
