Easy one stop packaging options which made my errand to mail off Easter baskets super easy and hassle-free. Todd was so kind and thorough even after having dealt with a not so pleasant customer just before. My feedback for UPS would be to offer better pricing options. Lord, the boxes shot my price way up. But again I didn't feel like going to go find my own box especially since I was rather last minute. Even still, I would come back because the shop is neat and they are pleasant

Terrible Customer Service Just left here not even 5 minutes ago. I needed computer access to print off packaging slip. Immediately upon sitting down at the computer I noticed that it appeared to be frozen on the welcome screen. I let the staff know and asked if I could reboot it only to received a half hearted response from the clerk saying it does that. I asked if that meant I can restart it only to get no response.

EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE ONE WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR. TAKES YOU FOREVER TO PRINT OUT ONE PIECE OF PAPER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS HOW THEY SHOULD! WHEN I GOT MY PAPERS THAT WERE PRINTED WHILE I WAS GETTING OUT MY MONEY THE SHORT LADY WITH THE BUN SLAMMED MY PAPERS ON THE COUNTER. IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION. NEVER AGAIN

I had copies made at this UPS STORE AND WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTED FOR USEING 3 PAPER CLIP'S by the register in a small container THAT IS FOR THE PUBLIC'S USE ( SUPPOSEDLY GOD KNOWS THAT NO ONE DESERVE'S TO BE DISRESPECTED AND I WAS TOLD THAT QUOTE I NEED TO BUY A BOX OF PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE GOD KNOWS THAT NONE OF US ARE HERE TO STAY THE SAME WOMAN DISRESPECTED ME OVER TWO YEARS AGO BECAUSE I USED 5 PAPER CLIP'S NO ONE DESERVES THIS TYPE OF DISRESPECT ESPECIALLY OVER 3 TO 5 PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE. GOD KNOWS THAT NONE OF US ARE HERE TO STAY WE ARE ONLY HERE FOR A SHORT WHILE MERE SUGGESTION DO NOT PUT THE PAPER CLIP'S OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE TO USE IF YOU ARE GOING TO DISRESPECT THE HELL OUT OF SOME ONE FOR USEING THEM ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE ONLY USED THE PAPER CLIP'S MAYBE ONLY ONCE A YEAR BUT BRING YOU BUSINESS ALL THE TIME AND TELL PEOPLE ALL THE TIME TO GO TO THE UPS STORE OF FLOYD ROAD UNBELIEVABLE GOD KNOWS THAT THIS WILL BE OUR LESS CONERN WHEN WE ARE ON OUR DEATH BED YOU DON'T NEVER KNOW HEALTH WISE WHAT SOMEONE MAY BE GOING THROUGH BUT THE WOMAN CHOSE TO DISRESPECT ME IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE FOR USEING 3 PAPER CLIP'S AND OVER 2 YEARS AGO FOR USEING 5 PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE.
