        Hire service oriented people. People that are going to scoff, run their mouth and tell you it's nonsense for an extra 60 seconds of work clearly don't care about your customers.

        First time visiting to pick up parts for my company and I sure hope it will be the last time. If you've got protocol in place tell your customer. Don't start immediately getting all huffy and puffy because I've asked you to make a call to figure something out. You're a manchild throwing a tantrum. I bet your bosses will enjoy the bad review.

        First time coming here to pick something up and while trying to figure out what credit card to charge on someone else's account the worker wants to tell me that it's nonsense that I don't know what credit card is supposed to be charged. I'm coming into your business and we're spending $370 and it's nonsense for me to figure out how you're gonna get your money? Makes sense. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Hire service oriented people.
