      Thank you for this message. The delay on reopening our wet areas is disappointing to us all. Unfortunately following a recent renovation that included sanding and resurfacing the wood saunas and upgrading the tile in the steam rooms, the heating element was found to be faulty in one of the saunas and several pipes were damaged for the whirlpools following a recent freeze. Unfortunately these items are on back order and have an eta of mid-March. This has been quite disappointing and we have been pressuring the vendors on the timeline as best we can. We are excited to show off the changes to our members and guests. Please continue to hang in there for a few more weeks. Once everything is operational we are hopeful that it will be the same exceptional experience you have come to appreciate at Riverside EpiCenter in the EpiFIT Club.
