Tow was scheduled through insurance waited 2 hours no one ever showed. I called and spoke with someone who told me 30-40 minutes an hour later still no one! Every call after that goes straight to voicemail. If you couldnt provide the tow why waste time and accept the job

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Mario, the guy who towed my car gave us incorrect information regarding repair time. He was very adamant about not using other repair shops because Snides was faster and cheaper. However, that is not true. I was given excuse after excuse for why my car was not ready. It is not the customer's fault nor concern when a business is short staffed. Don't take on the extra business! In addition, they lack customer service skills and most definitely integrity. I am deeply disappointed especially since this is a female owned business.

If I could leave a minus Star rating, this business would get a negative 3 Stars. Snide had since Friday to prepare for a Monday AM appointment. Snide did not show up, did not call, Snide did not respond to Copar to advise or call customer. When l left message for owner Sarah, no response or call back, cost me the whole day waiting. This tow company is not dependable, trustworthy or well run.
