Yet again, there was nobody in sight, except for a growing crowd of disgruntled customers with the same complaint. It became evident that this was not an isolated incident but a pattern of irresponsibility and neglect on the part of the staff. Desperate for answers, I reached out to another Tires Plus location, only to discover that they too had been trying to contact the Robert C Daniel Parkway branch all morning without success. This blatant disregard for customer service and basic professionalism is utterly unacceptable. In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation, I called back on Monday morning, hoping to reschedule my appointment. However, my call was met with hostility and indifference from a rude woman on the other end of the line. Instead, she coldly informed me that I would receive a refund in several business days and brushed off my concerns about the urgency of needing my tires replaced. This kind of dismissive and disrespectful behavior is a clear indication of the abysmal way this establishment is managed. Customers are treated as mere inconveniences rather than valued clients, and any semblance of accountability or responsibility is sorely lacking. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Tires Plus on Robert C Daniel Parkway at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, incompetence, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them unworthy of your time, money, or trust.

I dropped my car off at 12:00 goes to the movies and a few stores comeback at 4:00 my car hadnt even been looked at. Just give me my keys Im good

Great customer service and knowledgeable employees. Other places that sale tires don't do alignment, and some people who work on cars don't do alignment. It was nice to get four new tires and alignment fixed all in one stop.
