This place isn't bad I try to understand how much these young ladies have to deal with because I know it's hard folks coming up their with an attitude so when I come there I try to be patient & understanding but when you just push what I say to the side just so you can serve other people I don't like that. Those people just need to do their job & have a bit more patience because we are all human & just like them we get frustrated to. That's my only thing

This place is the worst I had a phone appointment and didn't have no idea when it was and got a letter saying I missed my phone appointment and did get a notification on or call to when it was ,so I call to reschedule on a Monday and not yet heard anything from anyone and has to have the interview by 4/1 and no one has called me back yet ...Someone need to really care about the lifeline of the people that what they get paid to do...

I had my food stamp renew on 2/28/24 and the casework name Ms Battle going try tell me I could t get stamps anymore because I dont work so they can only get my 12yr old stamps so I was let me speak with ur supervisor which her name is S. Williams and her attitude is just the worse as the casework so I been trying reach out to someone higher and no answer, she send a notice out yesterday talking about cut my medical assistant off when I just renew it the the first of January. Ms battle call me back on 2/28/24 and was like me and my son was still approved and check my card but the supervisor goes in and take me off stamps and now trying to take me off medical assistance
