Trapped inside gate for almost 2 hours due to their issues with their gate. I was required to call Richmond county fire dept to open the gate after having the U-Haul run for an extra hour plus. The next morning the gate was still not operating correctly and would not accept a code. Rude and disrespectful employee on site when I went to follow up the next day. Too many options to waste time and money here. Keep looking, do not give them your business. Sorry not sorry. Nothing but excuses. Your team did nothing. No contact after. No contact the day of. I'm negative money due to this. I absolutely will not give you another chance. I got scorpions in the house now from things I had in your unit. Clown show. Go somewhere else too many options. Technology age... You knew stuff was wrong and you chose not to do anything.
