Nikki was our server and she was absolutely fabulous! She recommended the vanilla bean cheesecake and my mother loved it as Nikki promised she would!! Would love her as a server every time

I dont normally leave reviews, good or bad. But with the Masters coming up I needed to tell everyone. If youre taking a food break at Red Lobster you 100% need NIKKI as your server. She was so awesome. The best server Ive had at any restaurant in this area in years. She was so attentive and nice, and never forgot anything we asked for. She was fast and just overall soooo wonderful. The food was good as well.

Wonderful server. Good food. Bar drinks were not up to standard. We were a large group and 4 people got drinks that were really bad. 3 drinks were same order and didn't even look the same. 3 had them remade but they were still bad. I'll eat here again, but I'll stick with glass of water.

After my recent review of our disappointing experience at the Red Lobster on Walton way, I was issued a gift card towards a future meal. My husband and I decided to go to the establishment on Washington Rd this time. I am pleased to say the difference was like night and day in both the atmosphere and the quality of food; it was also exactly as ordered.
I truly had no complaint about the previous server at the other location, in fact she was the ONLY redeeming quality they had (I am unsure of her name.) I would also like to give kudos to our server this afternoon, Bella. She did a fabulous job and I made sure to tell her so as we were leaving. Bella is definitely an asset to this location.
I have always enjoyed eating at Red Lobster and generally try to go this time of year when the Lobsterfest is going on. This location will most definitely be the one we patronize from now on!

I dont leave bad reviews but i am today 1st of all my chicken was over cooked hard as heck then at the end when its time to pay i was informed they no longer take tap to pay or apple pay or google pay im a person that dont take cards withvme no more because everyone but walmart takes tap to pay or pay with your phone at some point yall need to have your servers to tell ppl we don't take this form of payment anymore it would have been nice to know this before sitting down i could have gotten cash before sitting down thank god i have just enough cash on me i will not be coming back food was not that great and like i said it would have been nice to see a sign posted somewhere to let folks know who dont carry cards or cash like that know they no longer have the machines on the tables and that they dont NFC payments no more but its on google it says you take NFC payments yall need to update your websites and post signs im very upset what if i didnt have enough cash on hand these restaurants are getting more sorry by the day just pissed me off altogether
