Called to get a quote, told the girl that answered exactly what I needed a Monogram on, she told me they would be 12.50 a piece. I get there to drop my items off, I am then told they are 20 dollars a piece. I figured I'm already there so may as well pay the extra. I ask when they will be done, I am told at the earliest that Thursday, which was a week, to the latest the following Monday, which would be 11 days. The Monday comes and goes and I never heard anything. I call the next day inquiring about my order and I am told it would be that Thursday, which puts me waiting 14 days, because they got a hat order that pushed my order back. So my order apparently isn't important enough. I wait til Thursday and call to see if I can pick up, I am then told it won't be until Monday, which now puts me at 18 days waiting. I would never go back and never recommend this company. When I called they act like they don't care and even get an attitude with the customer.

I honestly do not know where to start... The wraps were not completely when promised.The communication was horrible. Two of the vehicles had to be redone due to the wraps being unlevel.The vinyl on two of my Van's are already peeling off... it's been all of one month since they have been completed. Jeff does not communicate and over promises. I would not recommend using Amerigraphics.
