        Convient place to get a great sub. Short walk from the hospitals in the area and on side walks in most directions. Had a deliceous meatball and cheese sub that was packed with more meatballs and cheese than I would have thought possible. A little messy to eat but that is what napkins are for! Added a medium soda and 2 cookies for a small up charge. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area that were sunny in the mid March sun at noon. Both are small but in good condition. Some of the sidewalks along the way are in fair condition and may be difficult for some to navigate. The food was excellent, the wait was short and the staff was very pleasant.

        The management is absolutely terrible. Jessica who stated she was the general manager was yelling at students and hospital staff. She was rude and unprofessional. She also Stopped making another coustomers sandwich to argue with other customers. She is overly aggressive and I dont think she should be working in a position that would ever deal with the public . Highly disappointed.

        THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Staff is ever changing and they are all rude and unprofessional. Dont know the first thing about customer service. Messed up my sandwich and then when I let them know politely that I had a foot long they began talking about me IN FRONT OF MY FACE. One girl went on to say today is not the day she got the right one these people keep trying me today I didnt even want to eat there anymore I asked for a refund & left. WILL NOT BE BACK & will make sure I tell everyone I know not to give business to this location.

        I eat there often. The young lady who calls everybody baby is one of the hardest working individuals I have seen in a long time. I don't know if she's the manager. If she's not, she should be. I came in one day, and she was training someone, and they were the only two working. She was still polite, courteous, and welcoming. She was apologizing to the customers for the delay. She is awesome .
