        The therapist was 20 minutes late for the first two sessions. After speaking with the office manager, she stated that she would look into why she was late- and she didnt get back to me for 2 days. We called back about another issue with the medication- and the girl answering the phone Chrissy was rude and stated that her medication was correct per the doctors notes and that the pharmacist was wrong and refused to leave a note for the doctor. Then hung up. They rescheduled an appointment and said they did not - we have the voice mail- I have never seen such a level of unprofessionalism in my life. Most of these people are very young, 20s & 30s. I cant believe LifeStance has an office run like a bad McDonalds. Would not recommend to anyone who needs serious care. Youre not likely to find it here.
