        We were good tenants for three years that were treated like trash at move out. Charged $100 for landscaping when we kept an impeccable yard the entire time. We were charged $300 to steam clean the floors when we were told it would be $250. We were charged $325 as a cleaning fee for a house that was completely clean. We were charged $60 for refuse removal that Richmond County picked up and they were not charged for. We were charged $125 to rekey the home. So basically, it is not a "deposit" you give them as you don't get it back. They will make up as many charges as they possibly can to not return your money to you. Word to the wise, DO NOT get a house with a Master's Clause. It is an absolute nightmare. But really, I would just suggest you don't rent from Bridges at al unless you like unnecessary headaches.

        10 Stars! Bradley and Whitney are wonderful. Bradley helped me and my family get into a wonderful house and made the process painless. Whitney is exceptional at her job and after the vandalism of the master bedroom she made sure that the repairs were completed within a months time. I would recommend Bridges Realty to anyone looking to move to the Grovetown-Augusta area. Thank you Bridges Realty for helping me and my family.

      Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback regarding your move out charges. We appreciate your input. We understand your concern about the charges on your move out statement. We would like to clarify that these charges are based on a thorough inspection of the property, and we have both move in and move out pictures to support the assessment. Some of the charges are standard i.e. rekey locks and are disclosed in your lease prior to signing or moving in the home. I did not see the $60 refuse fee on your move out charge but did see a $60 flea treatment fee due to the fleas in the home. It's possible that there might be some type of misunderstanding about our move out process. We would be glad to explain that these charges are in line with our policy for any damages or cleaning required after a tenant's departure.We will be glad to provide you photos of the move out or attach them to this review. We value your feedback and are always working to improve our services.
