I live in wrightsboro rd. This is the closest pizza hut to my house I called June 29th 2020 placed a pickup order under my name and number. I received my food in a timely manner got home with the order couldn't eat the pizza because the dough was raw. I called and spoke to the Manager CHANCE about my pizza being raw he assured me he would add a $25 dollar credit to my account because of the raw dough. I called back today to use the credit and CHANCE answers the phone telling me he doesn't even see were I've ever ordered anything from them. BAD Business is all I can say and I won't ever be spending my money with this company again. I have saved in my Google maps where I drove my car to this specific location and the date and time. The manager literally argued me down about this and was very rude. That's sad this is the kind of business being delivered during these horrible times.

Service was horrible tonight. Still waiting on one pizza and a 20oz soda. I have been waiting over 4 hours. I ordered at 7:30pm and now its 10:53pm. I am not a happy camper.
