Have been waiting for over a week for lab results that take 2days to come back. The staff shows no concern or places no sense of urgency on the matter. I've called multiple times and keep getting the run around. My 2yr old suffers from seizures and has been out of school for over a month so getting his labs is criticalzz! New receptionist has horrible customer service and does not need to be in an office setting let alone the first point of contact. She was very rude and shows no interest in assisting clients although that is what she is paid to do. Do not bring your children to this location! There are several other pediatric facilities that are in the area. I made the god awful mistake of making this my son's primary physician. Will be changing doctors immediately.

Dr. Yvrose Valcourt is so down to earth when it comes to doctor-patient/family interaction.You have a great feeling that you are in the right hands and it is litterally true. Nothing is more rewarding to find a Dr. who takes all her time to listen to you and gives you the right diagnosis and next thing you know your child get better and joyful. I will without any hesitation recommend Dr. Valcourt to anyone looking for a good Pediatrician.
