My favorite thing about Dr. Kappes is his patience. When its my childs turn, he is focused and attentive. No matter my long list of concerns, he listens and addresses each one. An all around fantastic person and doctor!!

Nice doctor, but the staff at the desk is rather rude, specifically the older lady with the short hair. That makes me not want to bring my kids. I asked for a work excuse for my teenage son and she implied that I was a terrible mother just because I work late and did not pick his prescription up yet. She doesn't know what anyone else is going through; for her to make that assumption was very rude. Apparently, I must be a good parent if I take my son to the doctor and have him on my insurance. The nerve of her. Then she made it seem like I wanted her to lie on the work excuse. Like I asked simply for an excuse stating that he was seen that day. Why is that so hard? Why the rudeness? Why the assumptions and sarcastic tone. I don't appreciate that at all.
