My sister has 7 kids that goes to Dr. Stacy for pediatric care. I have now 4 kids that goes here. Nothing but respect, professionalism and love. Staff are amazing. They get to know each child as individuals and treat them as such. I have never seen Dr Stacy or the staff in a bad mood or giving off any bad vibes. Everytime I see them, I see a smile.

Dr.Davis is very professional and she really cares about your kids. The staff is also really nice!! We have been patients since 2006, and the only concern sometimes is the wait, but that's anywhere.

Very nasty staff. My child was apart of the few people who Medicaid got cut off in may & it recently got cut back on. I called to reschedule and they told me I couldve paid out of pocket for her visits because they went down as no shows. I asked the appointment scheduler would she pay $300 per visit for me because I didnt have it since they insisted I paid for the visits regardless!! Dr Davis dont allow you to see her and bill Medicaid later for no visits so I had to wait a few months to get her insurance back active all for them to say they have to wait and see if Dr Davis will accept my child again. Ill just find another practice and Im sure the wait times in the waiting area would be better as well !!! LEARN HOW TO STOP BEING MONEY HUNGRY AND WORK WITH FOLKS !!!

They're constantly overbooking patients, which is why the wait time to be seen is always at least an hour. I had an issue from the pharmacy about my child's prescription, for some reason it was "expired" when I went to get it, and was told I have to get a new script from the doctor. This office keeps giving me the run-around saying they'll call me back about it, because they have to find out whats going on from the pharmacy. And never ever call me back. I've called TWICE to ask what's the status with his meds, and left messages, which of course they ignore. And twice they've said they have to call the pharmacy. What happened to the first time??? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so frustrated with this place, not to mention the doctor was borderline rude on the phone, and skeptical of what I was saying. I could barely finish my sentence and she cut me off. No, I don't know why the pharmacy did this. I just want my kid's adhd medication. Update: It's been... weeks and they still never got back with me on this. What a freaking joke this place is, and a waste of my time. I'll be finding a new pediatrician, that doesn't make parents drive all the way down to their office to pick up a PAPER script. I have no idea why they still do it this way.
