Medical Associates Plus - Wrightsboro

Dr Bahr is a wonderful dr. He has a great bed side manner. His nurses and office staff leave alot to be desired. They were rude and ignorant. I went with my sister. She has been in pain for months and went to his office for help and his nurses made us so uncomfortable we left. I hope she looks for a new dr. Office. That was unprofessional and uncalled for.

My primary Dr referred me to Dr Princessa, I never got the opportunity to see her. The front office staff mainly Megan should not be in anyone's front office. Her attitude is very foul and she is very argumentative wit the patients. I gave since asked my primary to refer me elsewhere, I work for a group of anesthesiologist and crna's so I know how to be professional. This office would do so much better without the ghetto attitude at the front.

I was told by my cousin to go see Dr. Princessa Ray at Medical associate plus on Wrightsboro Rd and I'm so glad I did. The staff was so efficient and friendly, Check in was very easy and quick. Didn't wait long at all. Dr.Princessa was fantastic!! She knows what she is doing and gets the job done. She made me feel very comfortable in very uncomfortable situation(Pap).I enjoyed the entire visit from beginning to end, no complaints.I recommend this place and Dr.Princessa Ray.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bahr for almost 20 years He is a wonderful, caring, and a very knowledgeable doctor. He has always spent time with me to explain everything and so does his nurse. it's never been an experience where you feel as if you're just a number. The staff, nurse, and Dr. Bahr are awesome!

I called back in January 18, 2024 to schedule an appointment after hearing an ad on the radio for new patients. I called to confirm my appointment today 2/9/24 and the person that answered the phone was not only eating and talking but told me I never scheduled an appointment with them. After asking what kind of doctor I was looking for she told me they didnt have PCP in their office its a women health center. So I then said schedule me with a gynecologist then. After asking for a confirmation for THIS appointment since my last one wasnt confirmed she said they dont do that so I said thank you and hung up. She called me back twice with an attitude, breathing hard in the phone asking if I hung up. I said you told me there wasnt a way to confirm the appointment so I said thank you and hung up. She thennnnn says well I can confirm your doctor and time. After giving me that info I said thank you and hung up again, she callssssss back againnnnn but I didnt answer, had to clock back in.
