Unhygienic. Unprofessional. Low quality. Took too long. The pedicure nail tools don’t get replaced with new un-opened tools between customers they just get sprayed once. Not all nail techs are wearing gloves for pedicures or manicures. All technicians are on a phone call or watching videos on their phones always distracted. The manicure tech had a bad attitude when I pointed out places he missed a spot to add dip powder. As you can see the manicure was poorly done and the edges are peeling off and flaking. It looks like I have gunk around the edges. And the middle finger has a brush strand or dirt trapped there. It has only been 16 hours. I had him re-do three nails. The man left me with stuff under my finger nails that made my nails stick to my fingers and refused to fix it, he sent me to another technician. For my pedicure I had the nail technician re do a nail 2 times. After the second time I was so done after waiting 3HOURS for them to re-do things,I didn’t bother to wait for my toes to dry , I put my socks on and I would deal with it at home. For a dip with no tips or shape and a basic pedicure it was $67. Not worth it. Services: Manicures, Pedicures, Dip powder

I came here for a pedicure and just a removal of the dip on my fingers. There were no other customers when I arrived. I was there for TWO HOURS. They forgot to soak my fingers while doing the toes. When I asked why, I got no answer and no apology.
