They have absolutely no time management practices seems like they pack the place just to fill there pockets

Very long wait time. Even with appointment for follow-up still over an hour wait before seen. No updates or info in the meantime. Customer experience is awful. This place needs an overhaul.

Husband was life flighted to another big hospital in Atlanta due to storm in Augusta. Only to be discharged less than 24 hours later with 3rd degree burns. Came in the middle of the night to the Emergency Room. Seen the next morning at the Burn Center and had his first surgery. The care and compassion from all involved has been amazing!!!!!

Went too this Clinic Today for Severe Burns too My Hands... The Nurses & Staff were WONDERFUL too Myself & SERVICE DOG as Well... The Doctor Also took the *EXTRA Time to Preform Surgery on Unrelated Injury too bring Relief from Pain Ongoing Many Years!!! The Nurses & Doctors provided Excellent Medical Care & Compassion for My Medical Needs... Thank You for Your Wonderful Standard of Care!!! Thomas Jacobs Jr
