The communication is abysmal. If I put in a request for mental health assessment ,I would like to be notified immediately if those services are not provided. I was never notified or provided clarification on this, and as a result two months have been wasted. If you don't provide the services, just say that from the beginning. Apparently they only provide counseling, which is strange to be a counselor and unable to assess and diagnose for continued treatment.

Life Management Group and the people that practice there are amazing people. I met Elizabeth and Dr. Chris in 2019 when I needed serious help in what should have been an easy election custody case that had gone sideways. I was amazed how quickly the front office got my children in for an appointment and the genuine care that they gave to them. They were amazing and helped all of us. Not only were they there for my children but they were there for me. Every step up the way, I was amazed at the knowledge and empathy of the staff. They were well-versed and respected by the court and respected by the lawyers involved and they took a terrible time in our lives and made it into a healing time. I am so happy that God brought them into our lives, and I am proud that our church and family continue to work with and partner with them today. Elizabeth has been nothing short of a blessing. The negative reviews about this practice display vitriol and ignorance... and from what I know of the wonderful people at LMG, the negative words are nothing short of made-up lies. I can never thank Elizabeth and her team enough for what they have done for my family.

We are especially happy that we have a pastoral counseling and professional counseling resource to refer people to when the needs of our members exceed our expertise. Caring and compassionate group of counselors. Dr. Getts and his wife helped my girls with their trauma and did wonderful follow ups. They stayed invested in their well-being and showed them healthy coping skills for the future. I highly recommend this group.
