    The office manager Judy does not document important information regarding insurance policies in the system. I contacted Judy six months ago to see what could be done about a vehicle that was inoperable on my policy. Judy told me that she could not suspend the policy. I spoke to a newer agent and informed me that the insurance policy could be suspended up to six months. I've paid for two vehicles for the last six months when I could've put the other vehicle on suspension $420 loss. When I asked for an apology she would not provide one for failure to provide proper information regarding my policy. In fact, I've never had a lapse or late payment. I had to contact Corporate Donna to see what could be done whom was very helpful. Judy told me that I couldn't make any changes until the payment was process a few days from now. The process has been very frustrating. If you have a darker skin tone, please bypass this location as the customer service you will receive is subpar. Update October 10, 2023 I've reached out to this office regarding the six months suspension status. I received a text message confirming rather or not I wanted my vehicle suspended. As soon as State Farm submitted the information I received a fine from the DMV. The agent did mention that I needed to turn my tag in which was fine. However, the agent never said that they'll fine me right away for not carrying insurance on an inoperable vehicle. I questioned the fine which the customer service representative mentioned that the suspension coverage is not legal coverage under state law that it should be cancelled altogether. My policy amount is not consistent and is continuing to increase each month with one vehicle. The agent at this location has it where it is a multi-car 2 autos policy which it isn't. I have one vehicle that I drive and other is parked in my yard. I'm extremely disappointed. I feel like the increase is insurance discrimination against a minority since I left this review.
