        Not impress at all .. call Office in July to make appointment got one for October , got an email of NEW appointment for end of November when I call office to ask about the new date the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all.. was told MD was not available that day and that was next available ..

        I was pleased with Dr. Lal during our initial visit and he came highly recommended. However, since then, my interaction with the office staff has been unremarkable. I am scheduled for a procedure for which I have not been given a time only a date. I was given samples of a medication which did not work as prescribed. I notified the office of this and they have now ordered the same medication again at the same dosage. It is very expensive and my insurance may not cover it. I have used the patient portal to get answers and received a couple of phone calls, but no time for my procedure and no response about the medication.

        The entire staff is wonderful. Dr.Lai is the best. He listens and explores all options to make sure you get exactly what is need. I highly recommend his practice.
