        At least for pituitary tumors I would not recommend this endocrinologist. I found Dr. Vaughters in Aiken far more knowledgeable, kinder and understanding.

        Dr. Nicholson is one of the most communicative Dr's I've ever visited and I've seen many. Extremely informative including involving other affected systems. He did listen to me and responded to my every question, and I ask many. Very personable. I will continue to see him until I'm unable to. The receptionist that was on duty at this visit was dismissive and curt. Her eyelashes were flapping as loudly as rudely as she presented. She was; however, efficient and completed her tasks. The lady that was there my previous 2 visits was very nice. Who knows, everyone has a bad day.
