Dollar Tree

I was surprised at the condition of the store. I upgraded my review from 2 stars to 5. The store is clean and orderly. No boxes in the middle on the aisles.

-THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY BASED ON MY INTERACTIONS IN THIS STORE-- This place was a DRAB to come to. The people were ALWAYS so miserable whenever you'd come in. No greeting, no smile or anything. UNTIL RAMONA CAME ALONG. She is amazing and is always GREAT! She bought life into this place! You can ALWAYS expect a laugh and smile from her. This location needed her lively New York spirit. And I will CONTINUE TO COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF RAMONA- we love you!

Need better training. Had negative experience with female cashier. Was short tempered and very easily frustrated with multiple customers. Tried to call corporate and got the run around. So probably pointless to name employee, dollar tree probably cares less. But hope they do better and hire people who can handle the most BASIC human interactions a lot better.

Literally the worst service I ever had. Just bought 40 glasses for business, the cashier left all my glasses in the basket, did not bag up one item. I stood there looking at her and she looked at me and said you want me to bag them. I said yes you can wrap them bag them or put them in the box. She looked at me. And continue ringing up at least 20 customers.. she then proceeded to pass me the grocery bags. I had to individually bagged every single glass. Finally after 20 minutes let me find a box for you. The cashier brought the Box dropped it off and went back to ringing up customers. Her attitude was unpleasant worst experience I ever had at any Dollar Tree in my life. Customer service was not existent. They got one star because the store was nice and clean.
