Jonathan and his team did a great job on helping us find and close on a property for our practice. We had some very specific criteria, and the search was tough, and we looked at a lot of buildings and spaces, but the final result is amazing. I have worked with Jonathan and his team for years they have always done a great job! They have worked hard for me to find different properties that met our needs the most recent one in Augusta, GA. in front of a Walmart center. The location took many months to find and because of there hard work, connections, and finding the right fit for what we needed they were able to secure a great property. I continue to use the team and will in the future and appreciate there hard work!

Jonathan Aceves and his entire team at Finem Group has been instrumental in helping me find good sites for development which are harder and harder to find.
One site in particular that was unearthed by Jonathon was a site in Grovetown on Lewiston Road. Jonathan provided us with a lot of information about rezoning this property because he had already done the research with the county.
The site was larger than what we needed for our particular tenant, however Jonathon was able to find another single tenant for our development which was a perfect fit next to our tenant.
I have a lot of confidence in the Fenim Group and they are the team I use in the CSRA.

Jonathan and the team at The Finem Group delivered an exceptional experience while assisting me with site selection to expand Pinnacle Banks branch network in the CSRA. They listened to understand our needs and presented us with on and off market sites for consideration in Grovetown. We ended up working with a developer for a Quick Service Restaurant to divide up an oversized lot that suited both our needs. Jonathan stayed engaged throughout the entire process. He has also stayed in touch to proactively recommend sites in areas we have expressed interest in expanding.
