        Ordered a flat white. It tasted like the machine was dirty. Very bitter rather than that rich smoothness I was looking for. And the sludge at the bottom of my cup did not make it better...

        Worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. Was told that there were quite a few orders ahead of me. I was in the drive through with four cars in front of me. Asked to pull into a space. Took fifteen minutes for my order and they were not that busy due to the fact it was a holiday. I'd hate to think how it'd be during the week.
