Jonathan is the best at this location. I came in on a Sunday night, 30 minutes before closing because my phone was broken and I needed a phone for work the next day.
He stayed late, without complaint even thoughhe was obviously exhausted. He made sure I was happy when leaving and that everything was working since I wouldn't be able to come back that night if it wasn't. When I apologized to him for keeping him late, he did his best to make sure I didn't feel bad.
This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with him. He is fantastic. If the rating scale was to 10, Jonathan would get a 15. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience today with Keyonna. We switched from Verizon AND Comcast. Got 2 phone lines and home internet for so much less than I was paying before. She was so kind and helpful. Good service is hard to come by and I really appreciate all of her help and information she gave me today. Im really glad we went to that store and got her. I recommend.

Jonathan was very helpful, patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure that my family was give
n the best deal along with step by step instructions on how to consolidate our plans. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was due to the long wait I was not prepared for.

your associate with long lashes didn't even try to help me with my problem, should have went to the mall at least they are courteous an listen to you. This store on Robert c daniel never helps. Just rude was never greeted when comein, she never looked up from her personal phone.i will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.just because you remodeled a building but kept same horrible people doesn't make anyone want to come TO THIS STORE
