I would like to thank Chris Bennet. I bought a new iPhone from Apple store nearby and it wouldn't connect at all. However, when I ran to this store and asked him for help, he was passionate about solving the problem.

My family and I had an all around great experience with Chris Puckett. He was very accommodating and saved us money on our television networks. He is the guy to go to to purchase, upgrade, or anything you need for phone use.

I was told by Michael that this location was specifically not equipped to set up my new phone. He then specifically said that the grovetown location is specifically set up more for technical support issues like the one I was having, and that the mall location was more geared toward retail sales. I found it very hard to believe that some Verizon Cellular Sales locations have magic gear that others don't. Especially surprised that the line, *and Im paraphrasing this obviously* my location is set up for hitting sales quotas and youre not worth my time because your not spending money today despite spending 1000 dollars six months ago buying a new phone here, and the OTHER store is the lesser store for cheap customers trying to get their faulty equipment that we sold you fixed *scoffs* was his first choice in tactics to get rid of me. If you got the cash to just throw at a phone without care, go to this location. If you want great service and a quality sales process and product go to grovetown!
