Genghis Grill

Honestly genghis grill is one of the best Asian type places in augusta, I like that I can make a vegetable wall and then add everything else in it(does not go by weight but by bowl). It's fun trying to tetris it all in the bowl lol

What else can you say about this place. The minute you walked in you're greeted by the friendly staff. As I sit you down they explain everything to you and how everything works. They are very attentive to your needs and if you need anything that will get it for you. But the best thing of all is being able to take your drinks with you as you leave the restaurant. can't wait to go back

Upon entering the restaurant everything is filthy and you have to look beyond that if youre hungry. My to go order was 20 minutes past the time quoted but I wasnt expecting it to be on time anyways. The staff are always doing the best they can with theyve got and not their fault whatsoever. I want this place to be what it used to be pre pandemic. If they can just start with cleaning the floors, that would be a great improvement theres so much cleaning needed. Once upon a time It was the best place for lunch and you never minded waiting if need be. It used to be great food and good fun. Today the food was very greasy and salty with nothing special. I want so badly for this place to win again but sadly so much is overlooked.

Very disappointing, never been before, been traveling for 6 weeks and eat every meal out, decided to try this, got the gimme chimme, ordered to go, upon first glance looked right but started eating and realized it was just steak, rice and peppers... nothing that made it the dish I ordered (no sauce, corn, black beans etc) if I wasn't traveling I would have gone back

I was rather disappointed tonight, I have gone to ghengis multiple times and have never had the problem I did tonight. Much of my order was wrong and I was missing multiple components of my order. I also found a few strands of hair in my food.
