Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Bank of America cares nothing about its customers. 5 employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing with only 1 Teller. No sense of urgency. Not a care in the world for serving its customers.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday with Heidi Miller. I brought my dad in early for an appointment and asked if he was able to be seen early. He has Parkinsons and its very hard for him to get around. She stopped what she was doing and took time helping us with several important things. She could not have been sweeter or more helpful!! Bc of her I am wanting to switch from the long time credit union Ive been with bc the customer service was that amazing!!! Thank you Heidi!!

This Bank of America is Great. The staff is great at keeping a positive and friendly demeanor given the limited staff. They also set a realistic expectation on my wait time. I have seen other customers go in upset with the situation they are going through and take it out on the staff, still the staff is polite and helpful. My hats off to Heidi, Bisan, John, and Rosie for the work they put in for a pleasant experience.
