        Terrible service husband asked for alternator to be tested and the staff were arguing with him that it was a loose terminal, without even looking nor testing it waited 30 minutes outside and the staff never came to test it. took it to oreillys instead, much better customer service and indeed it was not a loose terminal.

        I bought a battery from the place, was no good. I took it back and it wasn't registered under my account. Instead of throwing me out or refusing service, Tyree took the time to search all the possible ways I could of bought it there and found it, Jeremy moved quickly to retrieve it when he was done. I was in and out in no time. They have a good patient staff with great customer service
