I didn't use the business because Brian displayed his incompetence from the very beginning with our first phone call. He failed to make sure that my size windshield was a one person or two person job for servicing out in the field. The scheduled appointment for the next day did not happen because of this lack of professionalism and common sense. On top of that, Brian did not even call me the day of the appointment to inform me of this. It was (l) that called him to make sure we were on schedule at 10:00 in the morning. He said he'd get back to me. After 4 hours of NOT "getting back to me", I called him and we agreed to reschedule for the following Monday. Monday came and I called to make sure he had two employees to handle the job. He put me on hold for a lengthy period of time and I had to hang up due to another call that came my way. You'd think that an employee that represents a company would show the professional courtesy of calling the customer back. NOT Brian. So I call Auto Glass Now on Peach Orchard Road (again) and he puts me on hold again. This was confirmation that this company and the employees who represent it are absolutely useless and unprofessional. The other one star reviews that are posted must be as factual as my own. A disgraceful and shameful representation of today's generation of rude and inconsiderate workers who don't have a lick of common sense or dignity.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The work was horrible to say the least. They made the car worse than when I took it to them. If I could give them a negative score I would . I took my car too Ricks paint and body... The price was the same quality work and great service.

Still accessing them. Had a chip fixed on March 13th. It was perfectly, but by March 23rd, I noticed that it was becoming visible again. I called the shop and they said to bring it in so that they can take a look at it. I went by the shop and the manager said that his technician did a good job because even though the impact is visible, it is not spreading. I feel like I paid for nothing because I didn't pay to have the chip stop spreading, I paid for it to be fixed! If I can still see it, it is not fixed! It is only stopped from doing further damage. The manager told me to give it more time, so if it magically gets better, I will change my rating. As it stands, I am dissatisfied! It was one little chip smaller than a dime!
