Fort Eisenhower DEERS

I had to write a review because for the life of me I do not understand the negative reviews. Went in today with an appointment for my last retired ID card, turned 65 and now have an indefinite expiration date. From the uniformed guard at the gate to the staff of the DEERS office they were all professional, courteous, and above all, friendly. And lets not forget efficient, I was in and out in less than ten minutes and I arrived ten minutes before my appointment! Ive had to get quite a few ID cards/CACs in the last 45 plus years and this experience ranks up there with the very best. BZ (Navy thing) to the staff and keep up the good work!

Friendly staff. When the Program went down, the staff took her names and waited for the program to come back up. Once it did, they got us all through quickly.

The individuals working within the DEERS office are professionaly qualified at wasting your time. No matter how much research, calling ahead, and overall feeling that you have everything you need, they will do everything in there power to find something wrong with your documentation. Also appointments are pointless, you will still have to wait for anyone who showed up before you.
