Millhouse Station

I have found "Millhouse station" as best apartment so far I have been living in USA. The accommodation, amenities, service, security system, location everything was soo perfect. their overall management was praiseworthy and and any services were soo prompt. I loved living this place. their security system, maintenance, locker everything were so upgraded and modern style. they had a very comfortable play zone , party place inside an aesthetic club house and a very perfect BBQ place for pool party. They have thought very in detail of every need for people to live in a very comfortable and utmost enjoying way. My husband and I had started our family life in this sweet beautiful apartment. My apartment was so close to the pool and it was very soothing to view this nice and calm pool view from my balcony. we spent our most beautiful moments in this apartment. however we couldn't get enough time to spend here because we had to move to Athens, GA for my husband's job purpose, otherwise we were no about to quit this apartment. Also, they didn't make any complication for our leaving and made it too easier and smooth. During our stay we didn't ever find any complain to make . All the office staff were soo nice and a very strong, prompt management service I would must say once again. Very neat and clean, every time they are taking care of the cleanliness. No insects we had ever found even though we were living in the ground floor. Every corner , amenities were organised in a very nice way. I would definitely recommend this apartment which is one of the best apartment not only Augusta, but also in USA so far I have found. And if I ever move to Augusta in future then I wish to live here once again. Also if they allow us to stay here like a airbnb then during our Augusta visit for short-term, we would definitely grab the opportunity to stay here which is such a nice and tidy hotel alike .

I have been staying in apartment since last 3 months and am posting my reviews based on following point that I observed. 1. Layout and Space: The apartment feels spacious and well-utilized without any awkward corners or wasted space. 2. Lighting: Both natural light and artificial lighting are adequate, enhancing the atmosphere and functionality of the space. 3. Storage: Sufficient storage options, including closets and cabinets, are available to accommodate belongings. 4. Ventilation: The ventilation system maintains proper airflow, creating a comfortable living environment and preventing issues like mold or stale odors. 5. Noise Level: The apartment is relatively quiet, with minimal impact from nearby roads, neighbors, or other sources of noise. 6. Safety and Security: The apartment has security measures in place, such as sturdy doors, windows, functioning locks, and security systems, providing a sense of safety and security. 7. Appliances and Fixtures: The quality and condition of the appliances, kitchen fixtures, bathroom fixtures, and heating/cooling systems are good. 8. Maintenance and Upkeep: The apartment is well-maintained, and necessary repairs are promptly addressed. 9. Amenities and Accessibility: The building or complex offers desirable amenities such as parking, fitness centers, Conference hall, and communal areas with coffee. Transportation options and nearby amenities like restaurants are convenient. 10. Personal preference: The apartment aligns well with specific needs and desires. However, the rent is slightly high, indicating that it may not meet your expectations in terms of affordability.
