Some of the toilet bowls could really use an upgrade as the flashing pressure is really low. Moved in to a unit with a new stove, fridge and disk washer. Being in the military, they worked with me on the length of my lease. With my orders, they let me leave early without trying to be a pain in the whole process. The staff is also very kind and always willing to help. The apartments aren't priced crazy high too. Would live here again and highly recommend these apartments!!

I really wish I could have rented here. It looked like a nice spot for my family. They offer monthly installments for ur deposit, so you dont take a big hit all at once, and the best part is they refund your application and admin fees if denied. How considerate of them! Usually, Apts keep it like a crooked Robin hood taking from the poor. 5 stars for that even tho I was denied

Good afternoon Woodhill I have been out here over 5 years and this place became ten times better the day Sarah and Kaleigh. They came in and automatically started to make necessary changes to better the environment. No matter what I need and when I need it they are there with open arms and the biggest smile ever. I had a couple of maintenance issues that didn't get taken care of until they started. I'm always taken back at how the other residents say the same thing I do evidently they all recognize the dedication. The maintenance guy been here forever and he do a very good job as well.

As a resident in Augusta ga for over two decades the mgt in Woodhill Kaleigh Henricks and Sahdhurst can be deemed nothing less than remarkable. As a driver I dropped off a very happy and informative tenant that suggested I apply. Therefore I inquired over the phone in reference to vacancies and was welcomed to come in and have a face-to-face conversation. Never have I ever been made to feel instantly right at home. These ladies not only listened but did everything within their power to assist me in becoming a resident. Well today I am a resident. I absolutely love my spacious apartment with not one but two full bathrooms. I love the fact that I can come out of my room onto my balcony. I love my fireplace and how peaceful the neighborhood is overall. I almost feel defeated, only being able to give them five stars, as I have received 10 star treatment!
