Never in my life have I dealt with a company like this you call and call and call can never get anyone on the phone. When you finally get someone on the phone they tell you whatever you wanna hear to get you off the phone and then you cant get anybody on the phone again I went by this establishment over 3 1/2 hours ago waited and waited still was not spoken to by the person thats doing the work on my lawnmower, left my name and number and here we are at the end of the business day and still no phone call This is just not the way that you do business I am so disappointed 21 days waiting for a lawnmower clutch i And minor repairs is absolutely ridiculous

Anthony and his team always do a good job sharpening and grinding my reel mower. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

New Update: stay far away. Anthony runs a business that doesnt respond to texts on his cell or emails and voicemails. Took him months to sharpen my reel. Still hasnt sent my bedknife. Even Swardman will tell you directly that they dont hear good things. Good riddance Reelworks. Beware! Stay far away! UPDATE: Anthony got back to me via textg and took care quickly. Glad to have his contact and look forward to continuing to use reel works for my swardman. Wish it wasnt the only way for me to have my swardman reel sharpened. These guys do a great job if you can actually get them to follow through with doing the work. Both times i have used them, I spend more time calling them after I pay for the service to get the label to ship them my reel than they do sharpening it. wont pick up phone, answer voicemail, follow up on messages, wont email back... Awfule communication
