Homes are beautiful. Community is too but after being here for almost 3 years I I would not recommend. HOA is horrible. Stacey, the sales lady is horrible, condescending & rude. The community pool & gym looks beautiful driving but dont be tricked. Pool is way too small for how big of a community it already is not considering the new construction. The gym is never maintained. Our treadmills havent been working in weeks. Lights have been off for the past two weeks. Oh and the fire alarm has been going off since yesterday. Which you would think would be a liability issue but I guess Chafin doesnt seem to care what happens after you close on your home.

WARNING Be aware when moving here HOA is the WORST. Not only did they have us by a thread when moving out they wanted us to PAY first then maybe they would give us the documents we needed and all THE DAY BEFORE closing. This is after they already said money would be taken out at the closing. So unprofessional. Not to mention the 2-10 warranty year isnt worth anything when most the house isnt covered after the first year but the home didnt start cracking and floors bubbling up till after 2 years. Pool is so crowded on the weekends theres no seating AT ALL and is usually dirty from the crowd. Learned my lesson with getting into a HOA community so glad we moved. And if you do live here GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM HOA .
