As a first time home owner the process for buying a home with Pulte was effortless from the beginning to the end. There was always a constant line of communication from all the staff. Zeke Walters the sales consultant was informative and helped a lot with choosing the details of our home and the buying process. Even after Zeke transferred to another community he was still able to help and answer any questions we had. Larry Owens is 10/10 the best construction manager anyone could ask for. Each step of the building process Larry always kept us updated. His professionalism and dedication to making sure each home he works on is perfect is unmatched. We just completed one year in our Pulte home and the we are just as satisfied as we were when we first bought the home. Ali Hassan is the customer care manager that took care of our one year checkup. Ali did a detailed walkthrough and made sure that nothing was missed. All the appointments were scheduled in a timely manner and everyone that came to fix up the home were respectful and did a great job.

I have lost deposit money twice trying to buy home(Ashford Manor and NorthMark community) with Pulte homes.I wouldn't ever try again to buy home with Pulte home. Deposit money is too high(min $30,000) for pulte home, Incase of any dispute or issue post signing of contract you are sure to loose DEPOSIT money as contract is mostly builder friendly. i wouldn't risk deposit money unless house is ready to close now with terms and conditions that benefits you.
